The Pathfinders Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to assist and benefit Rhode Island’s underserved populations as well as promote social consciousness through education and philanthropy.
With an emphasis on our philanthropic efforts, Pathfinders feels it is our social responsibility to recognize these individuals needing assistance. With continuing education services available to Rhode Island’s diverse population, The Pathfinder’s Foundation hopes to target specific areas of community members to help them find gainful employment and enhance their quality of life. Enrichment classes will be available to all, as well as a solid support system to help those individuals entering our programs. Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Training
This State Approved Medication Aide Training Program is a course designed to meet the requirements of Section R23-17.9 Rules and Regulations Pertaining to RI Certificates of Registration for Medication Aides, Rhode Island Department of Health.
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Continuing Education Training Program
Are you a currently licensed Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in Rhode Island in need of C.E.U.’s for your recertification? Under RI law, all CMT’s licensed in RI must complete four (4) hours of continuing education training at an approved and accredited facility per the Rhode Island Department of Health.
MedTech Training – 8 Weeks – Fast Track – 1602F
CNA's holding a current RI state license are given the opportunity to obtain their medical administration certification over a period of eight (8) weeks, by attending classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6 to 9:30 p.m. At the end of the course a final exam is administered. All students with a minimum grade of 70% are eligible for state license. Tuition for this educational offering is $475. and includes textbook. We offer an installment plan payable in 2 payments of $237.50 at online registration and $237.50 at week 4 of classes.
MedTech Training ‐ 15 weeks ‐ 1601

Medication Administration C.E.U. Lecture Series – Winter/Spring 2016 – 1606C

Generations Comprehensive Health & Rehabilitative Services in conjunction with Roger Williams University School of Continuing Studies is offering continuing education units for Certified Medication Technician’s (CMT’s). CMT’s licensed in the State of Rhode Island must complete 4 hours of continuing education credits every two years in order to maintain their CMT license.
From January 14, 2016 to April 14, 2016, and on additional dates to be determined throughout the year, Generations is offering a variety of 2-hour medication administration lectures. You can choose from a variety of dates and relevant topics. All CMT’s must choose 2 lectures in order to meet the State requirement of 4 CEU hours and to renew their licenses. Registration for all C.E.U. lectures is required. Tuition is $35 for both 2 hour sessions.
